Seriously, I'm not the type of person to bitch about some company online, but man, our telco is really pushing it... They make error after error. Sure, errors are made, certainly when there are humans involved. But come on! I've pointed them at the errors they make several times, but it seems they just say: "oh yeah, we are sorry sir, it won't happen again!", hang up the phone and make fun of me for bitching at them... Communication sucks and dumbass mistakes are being made, just because they are sloppy! And the best about those dumbass mistakes: they tell me I did something wrong! WTF is that shit about man?? And even if I did (which I didn't), I am your fcuking customer dudes! And customers you treat with respect, like I treat you with respect!
